Please add new option to show permanently visible text label belove icons on button bar. If I have more buttons of the same type of files, there are number of visually equal buttons. In such case the visible text (although abbraviated) would be much more useful than icon. In some cases icon is unnecessary, writing short text is quicker way to label button than choosing an icon.
