TC11.x bug reports (English) • Command Line's undesired beeping sound (only with AutoComplete=0 and 11.x x32)

Command line's producing an undesired and unexpected beeping windows system sound at escaping the focus.

Tested versions list:

TC 10.52 x32(ok)
TC 11.00 x32(bug)
TC 11.02 x32(bug)
TC 11.02 x64(ok)
TC 11.03 x32 RC2(bug)
TC 11.03 x32 RC3(bug)
TC 11.03 x64 RC3(ok)

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Edit ini file and change or add AutoComplete=0 at [Configuration] section.
(1b) Or change them at the options, but then it is mandatory to restart TC to make the bug happening.
2. (re)start TC.
3. Press CTRL+DOWN keys to get the Command Line's focus.
4. Press the ESCAPE key, then it should produce an undesired beeping windows sound.
