Either use the Find Files feature, searching for or , or use branch view (Ctrl+B) if all files are somewhere in the same subdirectory. Then feed all files to listbox (if using search), select all files (Ctrl+A) and call the MRT (Ctrl+M). Set this as rename mask:Watch the New Name column closely, and when everything looks fine, press Start.
