TC9.5x bug reports (English) • Re: Crashes immediately upon opening

In my case, it was caused by PowerToys's SVG preview provider:

Faulting application name: TOTALCMD64.EXE, version: 11.3.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
Faulting module name: PowerToys.SvgThumbnailProviderCpp.dll, version: 0.86.0.0, time stamp: 0x67278e20

Uninstalling PowerToys fixed the issue.
