TC suggestions (English) • Compare tool: "Show olny differences" - last checkbox state

It`s always need to click this checkbox. So please add this:
1. TC must remember the last state of the "Show differences only" checkbox.
or
2. New key in wincmd.ini, for example: "CompareAlwaysShowDifferencesOnly=1/0"
