It is important that when you drag the file to the breadcrumb bar that the breadcrumb bar menu does NOT have time to open (and show "folder 1"), before you release the button.

Minimal wincmd.ini to reproduce:I cannot reproduce it in 32bit TC - so maybe it is related to: https://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=460180#p460180 where 64bit TC loses focus to the breadcrumb bar menu when the menu opens - so maybe if the menu has focus, then TC sees the dragged file as being processed in another application (the menu).
