Hey, i just saw your post by randomly visiting the forum. I didn't receive an email notification for it, so sorry for the late reply.
What you say is true, so that puzzled me and made me research why i posted this wish. After some time, i realized that what you say is true, but only for single files. In case of singe folders, all checkboxes are grayed-out. I must have seen this behavior on a folder, but mistakenly wrote about files in my post.
